hello, bitdefender says he blocked a "trojan.ransom" file from nvidia, named oawrapper.exe this is the screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/RqwlfQc.png the problem is this, malwarebytes is not detecting anything. false positive or what?

yes i know how to use regedit, i fixed the problem. it was just because i had some invalid registry key, probably because yesterday installation got some kind of problems. i had to delete every related key and basically need to set again all my old preferences. not a big deal. thank you for your help.

yes, i have bitdefender and iobit antivirus installed, bitdefender and iobit share the same real time protection because they are both based on bitdefender engine, and i blocked the auto scan on iobit malware fighter so it cannot scan in the same time with bitdefender. btw i had bitdefender for a while, sure its more than one year. and malwarebytes is on the free version so it cant scan in the same time of the others. i tried stopping all the av's but i cant install it anyway. basically i never got any problem until today with the new malwarebytes version

the previous mb-clean log say i have no malwarebytes because i cant install it, when yesterday i updated it from the 3.1 version, it seems that he uninstalled itself for some reason FRST.txt Addition.txt

after running mb-clean it says to attach the created txt file without any reboot prompt. the txt is the same as the one i attached on the topic description because i did it by myself before asking for help. i cant understand why i have this kind of problem, its the first time that i have troubles with it

i cant open malwarebytes because there is no malwarebytes installed. and i cant install it because of what i i said on the topic description

hello. after trying to install it, it ask me to reboot. after the boot nothing happen, the program is not installed, no shortcuts and on the folder there are no files related to malwarebytes. i tried to run mb clean, and i will attack the txt below. after re-booting it asks me to run again the installation again, and again. mb-clean-results.txt

i remember, after clicking, the url was like "download.disk.ru/" but i cant remember the exact link from the chat. but i remember as well before closing the page i saw 2 stripes of word, but i close that page too fast to read :/

hello, yesterday 10 september 2015 i was moderating on a twitch chat, and instead of deleting a message with i think a virus, i close the tab immediatly and i dont know if i got infected, i didnt download anything, so maybe the virus may be working as a drive-by download with the infection. some time later i restarted the pc and it popup an error message with " the application explorer.exe couldnt be written" i checked the task manager and i found 11 svchost.exe process and because i got an infection to svchost lonk time ago i start to suspect, i found another problem as well,the system process on the task manager, if i can try to open the path of the program i get redirect to "ntoskrnl". i search on google and they say is a virus. im not sure if im infected because i scanned with malwerbytes and AVG and they didnt find anything. did i have some infections? or im only obsessed?
