I'm having a similar issue, for some reason Malicious Website Protection is not allowing your computer to resolve the domain update.winzip.com to the right IP, in this case it should be 54.209.207.34. Thanks for the quick reply, doing some further testing I can see that I'm not able to resolve the google.co.ve domain to its right IP when Malicious Website Protection is enable. Malicious Website Protection enabled. Google's domain for Venezuela is blocked at the moment. Some IPs for this are: 127.42.0.42 127.42.0.44 127.42.0.57 127.42.0.60
