Alerts/notifications on scan/at the time of infection on download.. that where 'signatures' exist as being detected by 'Defender' so that, the infected files are not stored/led into false sense of security to spread the file, to infect other storage media & in turn other systems..

That scan will not report issues..unlike Defender..

Now, not clear what this is about.. Is it abt, infection via e-mail is not getting blocked and then being sensed at the time of opening the download (that too only 2 alerts are popping up on 1st & 3rd files while noting in the 2nd)..
