I don't think this is necessary but I wanted to add how I ran into this problem, just in case: When I was downloading Guild Wars 2 through its launcher, I was constantly getting an error which said in the details report that LavasoftTCPService.DLL was the reason of the crash. I then decided to uninstall a software called Webcompanion something but the problem persisted so I decided to delete this LavasoftTCPService.DLL located at C:\Windows\SysWOW64.. it won't let me do this because first there was some service using it, after a reboot it said my avast antivirus was using it so I unistalled it and restarted the pc, and when I tried once again, it said that TeamSpeak3 was using it?! That's how I realized there was a fishy thing going on with this file and I decided to search in the internet and found this place
