Here are the logs from the program you told me to run. You can notice in the FRST.txt there is a csrss.exe that it can't access and I think that might be the problem. I am not completely sure. So I downloaded a bot for runescape and without thinking I ran the file which was very stupid of me. Now there is a task in my task manager that whenever I end it, it reappears. https://gyazo.com/4cb1e310bb55036aab024fe36a3f6263 someone please help me. I cant delete the file without ending that process. But i cant end it because it reappears when i end it.
