I don't see any evidence of the malware any more; browsing is popup ad free. Seems like all of my software is running as normal as well.

My computer is infected with some form of malware; it has interfered with browsing and I'm worried it may be keylogging. I've attempted to use Malwarebytes, but it consistently fails to open. I could use some assistance removing it. I've backed up all my important data and am prepared to do an OS reinstall if it comes to that.
