Got some adware recently, have been trying to get rid of it following this list: https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/i953i/virus_removal_stepbystep_checklist_with_links_to/ Made it down to the Malwarebytes step, but neither the standard install nor Chameleon will run. Tried to use rKill, but no luck. The standard install just results in a windows message, "This program has stopped working." Chameleon invariably fails to update, then subsequently fails to scan. Any help? I'd be happy to attach logs but right now I don't know where to find them/how to create them.
