Hello, to begin with, I have read the guide of how to remove the Mezaa malware. However, upon doing a file search, I have two mza.dll files in my system files (screenshot of files attached). Now, upon trying to manually delete these it tells me that they are currently running in a process and cannot be deleted until that process is closed. For the mza.dll file, in the syswow64, I went through and disabled all the processes it was running in (google chrome, Nvidia Geforce Backen, Nvidia network service, Battle.net updater, Google Chrome updater). After doing so, I was able to delete the file. However, it also rendered any programs on my computer unable to use the internet. I performed a system restore to a restore point from yesterday and all is well again. These files, however, are still on my computer and I dare not repeat what I did before. A Malwarebytes scan, which I've run twice now, is unable to detect these files. In my scan history there are quite a lot of Mezaa files that have been quarantined (now deleted) but these two remain and I am unsure how to remove them. They are impeding the patching of my game, Guild Wars 2, and causing it to report a serious error. Assistance is greatly appreciated. If there's any more information needed, I will be happy to provide it, thank you.
