My computer is infected with a virus, recovery partition infected also, when I noticed virus files, computer was rebooted and I was able to talk to some stranger who was trying to test my programming skills via command prompt , they said they had software that would change how everything works , I noticed files encrypted but could make out their goal of crippling major companies etc, anyway I did try the programming like an idiot, couldn't do it. The virus is still in my computer, I bought a new laptop and after returning it three times as each one contained the virus, I'm in process of rebooting my windows 7 computer which won't reboot unless I leave the wireless on, what do I do ?
