I can't install Malwarebytes Browser Guard extension in Chrome. Each time I try I get the error shown in uploaded image. Any ideas how to resolve issue. Please note issue is only happening with Malwarebytes Browser Guard extension.

Now someone has been assigned to my case but they replied early hours of the morning (I live in UK). When I read email I immediately responded and now a day has gone by with no response. Please advise what should be done. Thank you.

Hi all, I have the same problem and have used Support Help portal but after 3 days no agent has been assigned to issue. Any way I can speed up help needed? Thank you for all help given.
