  1. After I use Mbclean on Windows 10 (2004) to a problematic Malwarebytes Antispyware it ends up in a BSOD loop when I restart Windows once it reaches log in screen. Please help!
  2. I've worked out a fix Download a old version (pre version 3) download & install it. if you have a a User ID + Serail ID enter it when prompted. download & reinstall the current version.
  3. Whenever I run I an antimalware scan, part way through it crashes out. I'm run a Samsung Galaxy S 4 with Android Lollipop installed.
  4. What would be nice is automatic update for Malwarebytes' AntiMalware, eg when ever new definitions or patches are released the automatically downloads them and installs them when protection is turned on, for those who have purchased the product, save downloading them manually.
  5. The keylogger was "IAmBigBrother" which came from Gigabyte Motherboards website, so anyone who has a Gigabyte Motherboard and wishes to download firmware or software beware . The file concerned is "cpsetup.exe". Removed it with Stopzilla by IS3. .
  6. It turned there was a keylogger on my computer, I have since disposed of it.
  7. Something on my computer is requesting certain IP addresses which are being blocked by Malwarebytes' Antimalware but not sure what it is, can some help me. I have the log files but a Malwarebytes' Antimalware show that there is nothing wrong. protection_log_2009_12_27.txt protection_log_2009_12_26.txt protection_log_2009_12_28.txt protection_log_2009_12_29.txt protection_log_2009_12_30.txt protection_log_2009_12_31.txt protection_log_2010_01_01.txt protection_log_2010_01_02.txt protection_log_2010_01_03.txt protection_log_2010_01_04.txt protection_log_2010_01_05.txt protection_log_2010_01_0
  8. Windows 7 stops responding while running protection option in Malwarebytes' AntiMalware version 1.41 on Windows 7.
  9. I use proxy software called Hide my Ip and Malwarebyte Antimalware detects there Ip addresses as rogues, why?
