  1. from another thread: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/170829-windows-system32-ntdlldll-being-reported-as-trojanfakemsed/?p=978300 Doesn't do those of us that have dead machines any good... Still no response to my ticket. Anyone get one? "Posted Today, 09:35 AM NTDLL.Dll detection issue has been fixed with database version 2015.07.23.03 Please make sure to update to that version or higher. It was a false positive that was in the DB for a short time. For those using the premium with the Protection Module, once you update MBAM, you will need to shut MBAM down & restart it for new defs to kick in."
  2. Ouch! I opened a ticket up with them as we're licensed enterprise. Hopefully someone responds, I'll post up here when they do respond. Mods! You awake? We're drowning over here!!
  3. We're having the same issue over here, added c:\windows\System32\ntdll.dll to ignore list. Check out the other topic we started: https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/170828-malwarebytes-removing-system-file-ntdlldll/
  4. @Averum Have you had a chance to scan a machine with another A/V tool? I'm curious as I'm turning up nothing...
  5. I just sent the ticket in and sent them a link to this thread. I've rebooted several and they've come right back up without issue (Win7x32). I'm really crossing my fingers that it was a false positive, MalwareBytes console showed no infections. Not a fun way to start the day..
  6. I walked into the same thing this morning. I've scanned the machines with TDSSKiller/Nod32/Symantec and cannot find an infection. I believe this may be a false positive when the def updates were pushed today (7/23/15). I'm going to open a ticket up with them (Enterprise user)
