  1. For us older (septuagenarian) users, is there a simplest-way-possible (maybe a few key strokes..) to stop these worldnaturenet.xyz popups by MWB? I would be happy just to minimize or shrink the MWB popup window but that is not even possible. My computer-savvy son (a programmer) might be able to do something but these pop-ups are driving me crazy. I will also try contacting MWB directly. Most of the technical explanations by MWB folks are way over my head. Thanks!
  2. Surprisingly, in the past few days my Junk Mail count has dropped dramatically. It might have something to do with me adding a couple anti-virus programs (AVG and Superantispyware)..or the spammers just stopped for a while.
  3. I use two e-mails: Juno for family/friends, Netzero for all others, both web-based. They are both the same company (United Online). In past month I have been getting huge amounts of Junk and Spam e-mails on Netzero, but virtually none on Juno. Past couple days gave been receiving Junk mail from my own Netzero address, so assume it was somehow hijacked. Netzero acknowledges they might have a Spam filter problem and "are working on it". I can probably deal with the mass of junk mail for now; is there anything I can/should do about the Junk coming from my own Netzero e-mail address? Netzero's only suggestion for the many Junk mails was to manually enter each e-mail address in their "block list", but 30-50 a day means way too much work for probably little return. They also mentioned a "domain block" which this 75-old semi-tech-savvy guy did not quite understand. Hank
  4. Michael - Thanks for jumping in but I might be of minimal help. Questions: 1. Version: Premium but not sure what version because of the next question. 2. Uninstalled? - Yes 3. Uninstalled about 2-3 weeks ago during my several discussions with tech support. Afraid I do not know exact date. I might still have the tech support e-mail but not sure. 4. Not really an error message but computer keeps saying I have the free version rather than premium. I am naively hoping when my renewal comes up that all will be well. I have communicated the thoughts on this forum with tech support, but received somewhat vague answers. This is NOT a crisis since I at least have some Malwarebytes (free version). Just very confused because what I thought was a simple download for my Premium seems so hard. Perhaps we just wait until July 20 for my automatic renewal and see what happens...   5. I had a Premium package on old laptop and trying to migrate to new laptop. Did a download per tech support and got free version. Tried using previous Premium key and ID on the free version as instructed by tech support and they are not recognized. Got auto renewal notice due Jul 20 and wonder what will happen then since I am still on free subscription? Have had several e-mail exchanges with tech support but not much progress. Any suggestions?
