Thanks for the '10 easy steps' email on June 24th! I have a question about step 9, 'Reset all of your passwords'. Step 9 says... Before being deleted, malware could have captured your passwords and forwarded them to hackers. Change each and every password you can think of, and make sure they’re strong. I can understand doing this if your passwords are 'in the clear' (not encrypted). However if your passwords are stored in an encrypted tool such as Norton Identity Safe is it still necessary to reset all passwords?
