I had the same problem when I loaded the beta. It appeared to lock up and I used Task Manager to stop it. After several tries it appeared to load, but did not maintain the settings that i had in place. It is unclear to me if the quarantine system is working. It found 4 apps that my old version had not seen. When I clicked to act on three I couldn't tell if they were removed. The scan detection report is not in date order and does not include programs I wanted removed. I ran the scan again and nothing appeared different.

I have used MBAM and Anti-Exploit for years and have a premium subscription. Last night I noticed a red exclamation on top of the system tray MWB logo. It said my subscription had expired. It asked for updated credit card information. I entered my new credit card because I was hacked several months ago and thought the auto renewal had failed. This morning Chase called and said someone attempted to purchase a computer for $5,500 using my credit card listing Malware Bytes as the purchaser. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN to an anti-malware company? This morning after Chase called I checked and found that I purchased the Premium Package in September 2015. Somehow the hackers were able to overlay a new image over MBAM that redirected me to another site. I don't think that I can trust MBAM if this has happened. I am extremely concerned how it happened and what has happened to my system and data. I have submitted a support ticket and hope someone can help me today. Robert Kufrin

I tried version 13 with PhantomPDF and it worked fine. There were no problems converting PDF documents into word documents. Thanks for solving the problems. This is the second problem with PhantomPDF and you have fixed both of them.

I am using Foxit PhantomPFD version 7.15 and beta 7.20 both crash when I attempt to convert a PDF to a word document. I have isolated the problem to turning Anti-exploit off run the conversion and then turn it back on. I had a prior problem with Foxit PhantomPFD that kept appearing as well and the update to 1.07.1008 fixed that. I tried the various switches in the advanced settings, but it didnt make any difference.
