  1. When I tried the lan cable it wasn't working. Same for the fixit. But after running through the first fix under "Fix ‘Err Network Changed’ Error in Windows" internet is currently working with and without the cable on both IE and Chrome. But will it stop working anytime soon?
  2. I don't know if this is important. I am attaching the screenshots of my guest account.
  3. Hello Mr. Charlie. By fixit do you mean FRST64 fix? I'm using a modem for Wi-Fi but I also have a lan cable. Yes. Everyone else in my house is able to use the Internet on their laptops without any problems. Internet is not working in the guest account also.

  5. Performed all the three troubleshooting tests as mentioned(I am attaching the screenshots of what I got after each of those).
  6. Here are the logs related to the two steps I have completed. AdwCleanerR1.txt AdwCleanerS1.txt Result.txt
  7. I have uninstalled the version of Malwarebytes I had, Is it still possible to export it as .txt file? Can you specify which log from Fixit I have to post. Completed step one and step two. I am attaching the logs related to that. Internet connection is still down.
  8. Update : Again the internet connection is completely down. Getting an error message saying 'The proxy server isn't responding' on IE.
  9. Update : I am able to access the internet on IE for now, but getting the same 'Unable to connect to proxy sever' on Chrome.
  10. I uninstalled Shopper Pro. I have them on my laptop as .xml files, should I convert it to .txt files online and attach it? Will that help? I ran the AdwCleaner before I lost my internet connection, only after I ran a malware scan I lost the connection. Did not get any messages when I ran Fixit apart from the usual 'your Fixlog has been saved in the respective folder' message. Made IE my default browser and while resetting IE settings, I did not get a tick mark in the first option i.e Resetting User Customizations. Everything else I got a green tick mark just like the picture in the article. Fixlog.txt
  11. Internet still not working. Still getting the same error 'Unable to connect to the proxy server'. After the first step, clicking on fix. I got a dialogue box asking me permission to restart the system. (Just mentioned it) And then I clicked Ok and after the restart continued with the re scan. Addition.txt Fixlog.txt FRST.txt
  12. Reset the winsock stack as mentioned, didn't help. Here are the logs of everything else you mentioned. There are two Scan logs(Scan one & Scan two) done with Malwarebytes. The first scan was done with a Licensed version found out it was pirated hence performed a scan after deactivating the license(With the free version).
