  3. Ran both programs. Malwarebytes antivirus scan found nothing,but when i opened one folder on my desktop i found remnants of the the Help_Decrypt . I also found remnants left in my other hard rives. Did they just get left after the virus was deleted, and now are harmless? It's just links and messages, so do I just delete them? Am I Clean?   5. In TDSSKILLER there is an extra feature that isn't shown in your picture instructions. It is "Dectect TDLFS file system" option in the additional options right under "verify digital signatures" option. I checked all the additional options but left that one unchecked ^.
  6. Place a check mark in front of ....... <-----is this its own step? or does it go along with the next bullet > Create registry backup
  7. My computer has a virus that is demanding money for my files (I'm not worried about them. It was nothing personal or serious). I'm trying to just get it back into working condition where I can feel save using it again.
