  1. Thank you. I ran the DelFix and I'm looking at the articles and other tools. Thank you so much.
  2. Yay!!!!! You rock! I reinstalled Chrome and it works great--no security warnings and no added ads or fake coupons. Thank you so much. Really, I can't thank you enough. I know it's a bit emo of me, but getting malware/adware/scareware or a virus really feels a bit like it does to be vandalized in the physical world and kinda made me question how people can be so mean. It's really restorative to see there are people like you volunteering your time to help people and clean up the mess they made. I am really broke right now or I'd give you a lot more money for all the time you put in. (I got the fancy computer before I had to go out on unpaid medical leave.) Thank you, thank you, thank you.
  3. Seems to be fine. . . . I've been a bit too nervous to reinstall Chrome and try it. Should I do that?
  4. Thank you so much for your help! No threats were detected. I've attached the latest scan log here. Malwarebytes Scan Log 10 June 2015 2-30.txt
  5. I have some sort of malware that does two things when I use Google Chrome browser or IE: 1) pops up fake security risk box and tells you to call a number to fix it and also pops open a fake chat with a "Microsoft Partner"; 2) Puts fake coupons all over and covering my screen. I've attached a picture of what it looks like as well as the Farbar FRST logs. Thank you in advance for any help. FRST.txt Addition.txt
