  1. Can someone give me a little more detail. What does a certificate have to do with a program contacting a server to download a file? Are they saying a change would be needed in the v2 exe file to make it work? Im confused.
  2. Its been a week since Ive been able to update. Its been 4 days since its been brought to the attention of malwarebytes. So what is going on?
  3. I also am having this issue. Program version: v2.2.1.1043 Last database updated: 2022.5.19.8 This is happening on 3 separate PCs. 2 win 10, 1 win 8.1. Also have 2 separate ISPs, tried on both and same thing.
  4. Yesterday my HP printer had an update. I did the update and I had to restart my scan to PC program on my PC and I am getting the exact same MBAE block on the same file as listed in message #2. MBAE: 1.12.1.139

  7. I got this error this morning myself from an overnight scheduled scan. When I tried it manually it gave me this error during the Pre scan operations phase everytime, about13 seconds into it, when I closed the error Mbam reported that the scan was successful, which of course it wasnt. When I closed Malwarebytes from the sys tray and opened it up again, it scanned fine. So what causing this error? Tony
