If I run a full scan only, does scan with admin account will get better result than scan with standard account if I'm not going to quarantine and delete any malware?

I downloaded 1 malware sample for testing MBAM and real-time protection won't quarantine it immediately, when I scan the malware using context menu MBAM say it detected a malware. Does MBAM quarantine malware after downloaded or just do when malware try to run?

Hello Malwarebytes, I am using malwarebytes anti-malware premium since I got windows 8.1 two week ago and I notice that mbamservice.exe is using too high disk usage and cpu until my pc is unresponsive, each time I have to leave my pc idle for 20 minutes or more until it stop cause high usage. How to fix this I tried clean reinstall this program multiple times update to 2.1.4 version but still happen? System Information: Hard Disk Drive: 455 GB RAM: 4GB Windows version: 8.1 Pro Update 1 64-bit processor speed: 3.00 Ghz 16 program install in my pc I tried refresh and reset pc but the problem still exist.
