Same problem here.
Have a laptop running Windows HOME Version (OS Build 18323.1000)
and a desktop running Windows PRO (OS Build 18323.1000)
They opened a ticket and had me run services.msc
Double click on Malwarebytes Service and open Properties window, Set START TYPE to (Automatic (Delayed Start)
What did it do? NOTHING. It is frustrating when others are having the same problem and they don't have a fix, instead of saying "we're working on it" they make you go through unnecessary steps as if that is going to do anything.
