  1. You're welcome, LMacri, but please note - https://community.norton.com/en/comment/7376971#comment-7376971
  2. Hi, Do I take it this huge bug is still present with the latest release v3.0.6.1469? Thanks, Krusty
  3. You shouldn't have any problem from Norton with MB 3.0.6.1469

  5. It looks like one of my computers has died. How do I reclaim the lifetime licence to use on my new machine? Thanks.
  6. Hi lightfairy287, Sort of. I was hoping to hear if MBAM would also block malicious sites in Microsoft Edge and Cyberfox, as well as the common browsers - IE, FF and Chrome. Thanks.
  7. Hello MBAM forum, I'd like to know how MBAM Malicious Website Protection works. Does it only work for some / certain browsers, or does it work for all browsers? I have Windows 10 and would like to hear exactly what protection MBAM provides with regards to malicious websites on each browser. Thanks.
  8. I guess I'll wait for someone who can help. I could probably solve this just by deleting the scan and recreating it but I wanted to bring it to the attention of MBAM before I do anything else.
  9. Really? 10. Gees, it's not that hard. Look closely at my screenshot and see two (2) scans for 9/1/2016. One at 10:48 AM and the other at 11:09 AM, about 20 minutes apart.
  11. Again, please not the image in my first post - NOT NORMAL!
  12. If you check the screenshot in my first post you will see two scans for today my time.
  13. I meant 'll get on to # 2. Gees, I wish I could edit my posts. I'm having trouble with FRST as I can't seem to disable Norton.
  14. As I've said, I have already done # 1. A correction, it does appear one machine isn't doing this now but will monitor the situation. So one Win10 machine is affected still. I'll get on to # 3 now.
  15. I have MBAM scheduled to scan once a day at 11:00 AM but it is scanning just before 11:00 AM and again just after 11:00 AM. I have already done a clean install hoping that would solve the issue but no. This is happening to two Win10 x64 machines, both with clean reinstalls of MBAM.
  16. The last two versions of MBAM Mobile (the latest updated today) are still crashing so I'd say don't bother.
  17. I have been told by your Support team that there was too many installations on my licence and to deactivate the licence before reinstalling my Operating System. I DID DEACTIVATE MY LICENCE before reinstalling my OS, In fact I even restored an image backup just to once again DEACTIVATE the licence, neither of which apparently registered on the licensing server. I was also told that if my licence is reset too many times it could be cancelled, so how are we to mainitain a lifetime licence if deactivating it does not register. This smells like a scam and a ripoff so that you can get rid of valid lifetime licenses. Way to go, MBAM.
  18. Why do I need to contact your support team now if and / or when I reinstall my Operating System on the EXACT SAME HARDWARE as MBAM has been installed on?? I DO NOT want to have this issue every bloody time I reinstall my Operating System. Pleaser fix your licensing system so I do NOT have to do this each and every bloody time. I never had this issue before, so why now? Are you sorry you sold me two life-time licenses? JUST FIX IT!
