  1. It is all clean. I followed in order. Malware bytes and Adw did not find anything. Sophos took forever but also did not find anything. I hope I am free and clean now Malwarebytes.docx

  3. Regular Member I had a problem about 2 months ago. I am unsure if the issue is related. My MBAM occasionally turns off protection. Today I scanned on Eset Online scanner and found many things.   5. So far no issues after so many days. Thanks for your help and you can close this one now. They fooled me into downloading an updated chrome.
  6. I removed it several times. Whenever I re-boot it pops up again

  9. I had to do it 3 times but it finally worked and I re-installed MBAM and ran a new scan. Also my Windows Defender antivirus came back on and detected Trojan:HTML/Phish. at file: C:\Users\Tunc\AppData\Local\chromium\User Data\Default\Extensions\inhdgbalcopmbpjfincjponejamhaeop\14.0.1.52_0\background.js My MBAM is back on and the exploit is back on as well mbar new 3.txt
  10. I hope it is nothing serious. I could not figure out how to find the protection logs. However, I was able to find a way to scan for rootkits. This was turned off before and it found something. My MBm protection is still off and I cant switch it on. mbar new 2.txt

  14. I could not understand how to post the MBAM file but when I just went to the MBAM the exploit protection is turned off on the software.
  15. I got infected with something last week while travelling. MBAM found and remove several things. Now every morning it finds new pop ups and somtimes during the day Microsoft essentials turns off Addition.txt FRST.txt
