  1. Gee Kevin, i wanted to post sooner to thank you for your most generous assistance! Will certainly avoid those nasty places in the future for sure!
  2. Thank you once again Kevin! Can i ask you if these issues were the result of a browser extension, a software program, a security flaw left unpatched, an old driver?
  3. Check! Feels like crossing the borders. Should i take my shoes off now? Just kiddin' Thank you! Addition.txt FRST.txt
  4. As stated previously, no malware found in second scan. second MB scan.txt
  5. This was the initial scan (before your instructions). Nothing was detected after but i will scan again and report if something is found or not. non-malware items detected 305.txt
  6. This was more complex than i could have imagined! Here attached are the requested data info. Thank you! AdwCleanerS0.txt JRT.txt mrt.log
  7. Not quite sure where to post this... MB has detected 305 non-malware items that belong to Google Chrome and more specifically, to one of the 20 odd extensions installed. Have quarantined these non-malware items but how can i determine which extension is the culprit? See per attachment. BTW, my apologies for not responding to my first post here! Thought settings were made to advise me via email. Should be good this time! non-malware items detected 305.txt
  8. Have DriveTheLife installed which updates drivers. It seems to do a good job but MalwareBytes blocks its various outbound attempts. It tries same i.p. address but with different port numbers. At present, it has tried at least a dozen times within the span of a few minutes. Should i completely remove the program?
