Hey thanks, After several attempts JRT ran in about 2 seconds and didn't leave a text file. I did everything else and have attached the logs. I accidentally overwrote the first fixlog because I ran FRST again thinking I'd done it wrong the first time - hope that is not an issue. Hi, Yesterday I ran Malwarebytes software to detect and remove malware. Now every time I try to run a program I get a "bad image" error message. I have attached the scan logs of the FRST. Thank you in advance. Addition.txt FRST.txt
