  1. Gonzo, lol, I like your response, and thank you. I understand it may be complex and Live chat works well. Email support is a cheap and frustrating way to take care of your customers though.

  3. Hello, and sorry for the delayed response. My problem is reocurring, using mbam, when i click the icon to open it nothing happens, except that my CPU usage goes to 99%. I have to use task manager to end all tasks related to mbam, as a result i dont know if mbam is protecting my computer in this state. I cannot use mbam at all. So i am having to uninstall then reinstall once a month or two. The fact that this is a recurring problem suggests there is something going on, but mbam is not interactive with me to resolve main issue which is why does mbam become useless/unable to open? Why must i constantly reinstall? This calls for more than email resopnses from mbam support team. I am useing the premium and have not enjoyed the use for which i payed. Live chat would be nice too.
  4. Not having phone support for Malwarebytes users is very frustrating. Emailing an issue then waiting for a response, usually a question to fully understand the issue the user is experiencing, then waiting for the next response for help, is unfair, and takes 2-3 days to resolve an issue that can be resolved in minutes with phone support. Paying customers/users deserve more than email support! I am thinking of going with a company that values its paying customer and that provides prompt support, phone support. Does anyone else feel this way? If so who have you been thinking of switching to?
