I had some crazy virus thanks to letting my friend use my machine for a few hours. There was something called Protection Systems on my machine which seems to be mostly gone with only a few remaining quirks that I think Malwarebytes would clean up. - Box keeps popping up saying "Google installer has encountered a problem and needs to close" - When you do a google search and clink on the searched links you go to a different site than listed. Since this virus got on my machine none of my programs that I usually use to wipe viruses run. I assume the *$@)*^$ who wrote the virus did this on purpose. Spybot, Malwarebytes, Spydoctor, none of them will run. Can someone please help me get my machine back ? Thanks in advance and I really appreciate any help anyone could give me. That includes hunting down and killing whoever wrote this virus.
