  1. My American bank has blocked me from logging in which I urgently need because they say one of my internet security software plans is stopping it . Also I have to clear something asking me to choose options for detected malware and it won't let me - won't let me delete it without going into task manager. I am a silver surfer and would need very, very simple instructions to help me. Please can someone advise I am desperate !
