  1. I have been using Malwarebytes successfully for a good while, but as of yesterday, I can no longer access the program. When I click to open the desk top icon, I get the following message: Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item. How do I fix this problem. I have XP.
