I forgot to add that she uses Windows Xp, and i have Windows Vista, so i cannot do remote access, to fix it up, any advice would be great! Thanks!

My friend has downloaded Mal Ware bytes, but she keeps having her computer hi jacked in the process, so it freezes up when she tries to scan her computer. What can I do to help her. She isnt computer savy and i am here for her. Thanks for advice in advance! Tanya
