My PC seems to be working much better. I have not seen any more intrusion attempts or error messages since running the MBAR and FRST programs. Is there anything else I need to do?

Right after my last post, Norton Antivirus alerted me that frst.exe was suspicious and quarantined it because of Suspicious.Cloud.7.EP. Is this normal?

I am having similar problems to many other recent posters. My computer is running very slowly, the fan is running very fast, I receive numerous error messages like "Powershell has stopped working" and others, and my antivirus software is blocking frequent intrusion attempts. I use an HP Pavilion dv4 laptop running Windows 7. These problems all started within the past week. It looks like there is a pretty good success rate in addressing these issues, so any help would be greatly appreciated! (At first I tried responding to one of the previous topics but it is probably better to start my own topic since every situation is a little different -- sorry for the double posting.)
