  1. Hi, ok, very good. I'll do that. Thank you very much.
  2. Hi, Today, surprisingly it isn't constantly running & revving highs and lows. Thank you
  3. Hi, My FRST and Addition logs weren't run in Safe Mode, but aside from your requests in helping me, my computer hadn't been updated or scanned since we started (I would do your requests re-enable my antivirus and pretty much shut off my computer). I agree some of my programs are older and not in use so, I will need to review and remove them. I deleted that IObit folder - thank you!

  9. Hi I need help in removing an infection please (Windows 7 32-bit Home Premium). I've tried a bunch of things but nothing is removing it. My computer keeps on running constantly, peaking highs & lows. I think whenever I go on Ebay this starts a re-occurring infection issue. My FRST logs are included, Thank you Addition.txt FRST.txt
  10. Hi Kevin, I hope I didn't break the rules, but I'd already uninstalled Sophos and Tweaking.com from my computer, so they weren't in GeekUninstaller. Do I need to do anything additional? If not, then I thank you so very much for all of your help!
  11. Hi Kevin, I've run FRST and attached both log files. And 'yes' I'm so very happy that my computer has been quiet ever since I mentioned it - Thank You FRST.txt Addition.txt
  12. Hi Kevin, My issues are in general. Firefox is my default so I'd definitely notice it in that browser and if I switched to Internet Explorer it would do the same in there. It roared & spiked up and down the whole time it was running the Sophos scan yesterday, but it's surprisingly quiet for the moment... 13. Hi Kevin, My scan just finished and it didn't find anything - pdf image attached. My computer just keeps running & spiking all of the time. I think it began when I started getting a bunch of spam junk emails & I'd also clicked on some of those suggested listings /advertisements? in Ebay. From that point, my computer & mouse seems supercharged a lot of the time and it just keeps running, revving & spiking up constantly. Thank you for your help. apple1_.SophosScan.pdf
  14. Hi Kevin, I hope I did this correctly.. I right clicked on my Firefox icon, run as administrator. Then I clicked on your Bitdefender website blue link and it won't let me go to it, it just locks up and won't allow me to go to the site to do the online scan. Thank you-
