Hi, My FRST and Addition logs weren't run in Safe Mode, but aside from your requests in helping me, my computer hadn't been updated or scanned since we started (I would do your requests re-enable my antivirus and pretty much shut off my computer). I agree some of my programs are older and not in use so, I will need to review and remove them. I deleted that IObit folder - thank you!

Hi I need help in removing an infection please (Windows 7 32-bit Home Premium). I've tried a bunch of things but nothing is removing it. My computer keeps on running constantly, peaking highs & lows. Hi Kevin, My issues are in general. Firefox is my default so I'd definitely notice it in that browser and if I switched to Internet Explorer it would do the same in there. Hi Kevin, My scan just finished and it didn't find anything - pdf image attached. My computer just keeps running & spiking all of the time. I think it began when I started getting a bunch of spam junk emails & I'd also clicked on some of those suggested listings /advertisements? in Ebay. Hi Kevin, I hope I did this correctly.. I right clicked on my Firefox icon, run as administrator. Then I clicked on your Bitdefender website blue link and it won't let me go to it, it just locks up and won't allow me to go to the site to do the online scan. Thank you-
