  1. Hey Ron sorry about that, I actually made this account with one of my newer emails a long time ago and bought the app under my old email/main email, so I will send those to you in a PM. I just did make a new account on the MWB main page to file the ticket, as the one I had years and years ago was unrecoverable, and it won't let me register my codes wither as It says thay are already activated....lol And THANK you very much for trying to help out, I should have realized this was a larger update than normal. I will send the PM now, and I have 14 days so if it takes a bit longer that's cool, I'm off this weekend for the holiday too, I was worried that my account might have gotten hacked or something. NOTE: this is what happens when I try to register my old license with the new account that I filed the ticket under:
  2. I have had this happen from reinstalling my OS too many times years and years ago, but this install has got to be 2+ years old now, I "may" have had to reinstall MWB ONCE to fix an issue BUT I'm pretty sure I was able to deactivate my license before doing it, but either way this should not have used a license to perform an update? WHY isn't there a clear warning if an update is going to use a license? I sent a ticket to support (took me 20 mins to find a page to even do that), but this is just annoying. Are there any suggestions on how to prevent this?? thanks for any help.
  3. I tried version "mb3-setup-consumer-3.0.6.1469-1075" right after my last post here on Sunday and it made it to today (Wednesday) until I got another BSOD "Bad_Pool_Caller". I was running a file folder backup with Acronis Ti 2016 and decided to download my nightly radio show while it was backing up, so I could put it on my mp3 player, and it BSOD'd the second I started up MS Edge. I have all the latest updates from MS for win 10. I just downloaded/installed "mb3-setup-consumer-3.0.6.1469-1096" which I think is the latest, I'll give that a try now. If this doesn't work I guess I'll have to uninstall MWB 3 until it's a little more perfected. Thanks for the heads up d.collins
  4. No not yet, I did a full reinstall Thursday night so it must have been the version just before the beta release. After running my PC all day today editing video, surfing the web, YouTube videos, converting video, creating a new FB page with no issues...I can whole heartedly say that removing MWB does fix the issue....thank goodness. At least it's not a hardware/driver issue. However I just don't feel fully secure without my MWB, I will try a clean reinstall of the beta now, do some testing and report back. Thanks for the heads up Porthos
  5. PC keeps restarting with a BSOD. Had to remove MWB Problem solved
  6. I see that this type of error is occurring for others with the new version 3.0 and is being worked on, so there is no need to upload logs files unless y'all need them for finding a solution. I will provide some info JIC it can be helpful: Been using MWB (registered/resident) since the early days of MWB.org, had very few issues. Have always run it along side of NOD32 AV, many years, win XP, vista, win 7, 8 and now 10, very few issues. I used Blue Screen Viewer to view the log for info and a Bing search brought me here. I could not get MWB to uninstall the traditional way so I have run the MWB remover and reinstalled from a fresh 3.0 installer and "so far since" I have not BSOD again. If y'all need any info, if it will be helpful, just let me know. Good Luck, ;-)
  7. sorry to post twice, but I just snapped a screenie and I don't see the edit button for the post. Maybe this will help?
  8. Howdy y'all, long time MWB pro user, but new to windows 10. Installed win 10 pro about 3 weeks ago and haven't had this issue till this week. This started just after some updates earlier this week. I have MWB Pro, NOD32 Version 8 and CCleaner pro. I have run them all (including the reg cleaner in CCleaner) and the popup is still there. It happens in BOTH IE and Edge and it's totally random on which sites it pops up on. I'm very careful about what sites I use, the worst possibly being Face Book. What is this? and should I be worried that it won't go away? thanks for any help advice.
