I'm seriously not happy that I have to come to a forum to ask for help to uninstall a piece of software. Can someone please tell me how to uninstall this?

I'm very curious about this virus still though. How did it get onto my system? How did it keep reinstalling itself? What did you do to get rid of it? Is there an official name for this virus? What type of virus is it? I'm asking this for my own knowledge but also for anyone else that might be out there looking for help.

Hi, I can't find any help with getting this stupid virus off my machine. I found this post but no answers to it.
