Yes. When I first boot up it takes some time to go to my logon page. There is a moment when everything just goes black for a minute. It does go to the login, then after that everything is normal.

Here is the log from Farbar. No more pop up warnings. The only thing now is it seems to be taking longer than normal to boot up. Other than that system seems to be running good.

I did the TDSSKiller and it found the Rootkit. It appears to have cleaned it as when i rebooted and scanned again it found nothing. There were 3 log files. Wasn't sure which one to attach so here is all of them. I will run Farbar next and post the report from it. I got the Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit BETA v1.08.2.1001 It also found the Rootkit.Cidox.J.VBR Cleaned it but when I rebooted it is still there when I do a Threat scan with Malwarebytes. Also the Malicious website blocked messages are still popping up like crazy.

AdwCleaner says "Pending. Please uncheck the elements you don't want to remove." there is nothing listed. Do I click on the clean button?

It was from C:\Windows\explorer.exe There is a Exclude Website button. I do not know if I should press it or not.

I keep getting a message that a malicious website was blocked. It was from iexplorer.exe. It was outbound. I disabled IE in default programs manager and still keep getting temp files from IE5. How can I get temp files from IE5 when it was disabled and never opened. I use Firefox as my default browser. I also did a factory reset and it helped nothing. My system is running very slow. When I run malewarebytes it shows nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
