  1. Thanks for the quick reply! I can't see the link at the top of the forum and the app says I am up to date so I am a bit confused about that - sorry...
  2. Only just upgraded to 3.0.6.1469, CPC 1.0.75 and Update package version 1.0.1635 and have noticed the red warning triangle. Presumably this is still am issue that Malwarebytes hasn't resolved? I am switching the RTP on and rebooting which clears the warning triangle and gives me confidence but I wonder how long before a proper fix is made - anyone know? Many thanks Brian
  3. No success so far so thank you for the offer to look at my attached files. BrianAddition.txtCheckResults.txtFRST.txt
  4. Thank you for the prompt and helpful replies - much appreciated. It'll keep me busy this evening ;-) I think that the upgrades I listed aren't causing the problem as the hyperlinks work on a LAN-connected laptop using the same hub/router and AVG and Malwarebytes versions. So it's something on my PC that has changed. Brian
  5. I am running XP Pro with all updates installed. Basically, the hyperlinks in my Excel spreadsheets and Word documents have stopped working and I get a dialogue box saying "Unable to open http://******* (various web addresses). Cannot locate the internet Server or proxy server." The links open OK when I copy them into Chrome. Could there be a setting in the Malwarebytes upgrade that is blocking access to the hyperlinks by the Office programs? Recent upgrades that could have affected the hyperlinks are BT Home Hub 5 with Infinity, AVG and Malwarebytes. Advice appreciated please. Brian
