How do I add an exclusion to MBAE?

Hello, Forgive me if this has been answered already (couldn't find an answer when I searched), but I would someone please tell me if it's possible to add exclusions in MBAE? I just bought and installed it, but in the "Exclusions" area, there is no place to enter anything. I want to add my other antivirus programs so that it won't clash (or is that even necessary?). Thanks in advance! -PM
