IMPORTANT: Web Blocking / RAM Usage Issue

Just started getting the problem here. Malwarebytes service executable consuming all my RAM in a minute or so and making the system unusable. -
Well, the clean up and reinstall results in the same website protection failure. The FRST and mbam-check diagnostics logs are attached. Note: The mbam-check DOS window stayed open and the process kept running after showing the log file. After about 15 minutes I just killed the process. FRST.txt Addition.txt CheckResults.txt

On a PC running XP Pro, it seems that after the update to 2.03 from 2.02 the website protection stopped working (starts momentarily then stops and cannot get it to stay on). However, this is the only PC out of three running XP that has this problem. I had read several threads on the problem of website protection failure and ran the various tools to try to detect and fix potential problems, but nothing worked. I was going to do a clean install of XP but decided to hold off on it. Instead I accidentally reinstalled 2.02 and noticed that website protection starts and stays on. So I will stay on 2.02 for now.
