  1. Just to add to dagar74's comment..... I logged in several times to my account midday on Thursday. Although I was not blocked from logging in (or asked for a verification code to log in) I received 3 log in verification emails Thursday night. I came to check forums because I am concerned about the possibility that my login is compromised.... but it is also hard to imagine dagar74 and I seeing very similar ghost login/verification emails.
  2. Looking for some clarification on what I am seeing and if I should be further concerned. While googling a company name (nagashock) to find their website; MWB reported a trojan outbound connection block. To be clear, this was just searching the name with google and not trying to go to their specific website. Attached is the log file. Any assistance if I should be concerned with my machine and/or their website is compromised would be appreciated. RTP Outbound Trojan.txt
  3. My subscription was charged and paid for with an old CC on file in DEC 2020. I was notified that CC was expired and updated it (but the charge had gone through). My subscription renewal date now shows DEC 2021. However, my license key is not being recognized as valid by MWB. If I enter the license ID and license key, I can get at least get the program to respond, but I get the message "The current license entitlement has expired." I don't know if anyone here can actively help, but maybe a mod could escalate my ticket? Or at least make sure it got to the right support group? I opened ticket 3348444 and so far have only gotten automated responses/suggestions that do not address the problem.

  5. I was on the internet and my computer unexpectedly shut down and restarted with no indication of why. When Windows came back up I checked in MWB and found the follwing scan that occurred immediately before the restart. Probably a novice question, but should I have any further concerns? Anything further I should do to ensure a clean bill of health? I have a system restore point earlier this week and wouldn't lose anything important to go back to it if that is the safest option. Everything seems to be working normal currently, but I would appreciate the opinion of those more experienced than myself.
