  1. You are so right! I reinstalled it and the error went away. I registered quite a while ago and everything has been fine. It seems the problem appeared after I did the update. It still showed my user key, but gave me the error message. Thank you for the help, it is much appreciated! Tom - Vista, CA - USA

When Windows XP Pro gets to the desktop, or when I click on the Start Protection button in the Anti-Malware Protection tab, I get the following error message: [iPopenEvent] Failed to perform desired action. Error Code: 2 I can click OK and everything seems to operate normally, but I apparently don't have IP protection. I think I need to reinstall Anti-Malware. If I download the free version, is there a way to add my registration key? Thank you for any help you can give me. Tom - Vista, CA - USA
