However I have now posted my THIRD thread where they looked at my logs and all they did was say I have 5 chrome items that MAY be malware & an evasi0n vile (from the ios 5 jailbreak) that they would not like on their system. (none are a virus, and combined they are not a "massive intrusion" or whatever bs ) Additionally, after being told to create a new thread (not in malware) I did, THEN I was ordered to post anther in malware. The info was in my first post that there were reports of large scale malware in the FIINAL scan (after the first 8 said nada) I then created the third thread in malware only to find my logs had been flushed with my initial posts.

74:37 hours since creation of help desk ticket, no support.

How do we get it to complete a scan? What further investigation? Do you have a suggestion of any kind? Looking at the log & finding 5 browser lines & an old iPhone jailbreak that has been in the machine most likely since ios5's jailbreak does not explain what is going on, offering nothing is also disappointing seeing as it took almost 70 hours to get this first look.

Would they cause it to run 12 hours, find thousands of hits & crash?

I submit he is overpaid & should be asked to cease & desist. Someone deleted my posts & thereby logs from the first thread (where that op has no support either) If over 60 hours is alittle backed up, I'd hate to see seriously backed up. I must submit this process is atrocious & you should be ashamed. I now must move from my MAC to that PC to again upload the logs, another inconvenience caused by your refusal to help days ago made worse by deleting my posts.

Additionally, that OP who has the same issue (without malware found) has the same nonexistant level of "support" Clearly there is no support here. Oh & wtf with having to wait several minutes to post? Why punish everyone for spammers when the correct response should be to ban the individual as opposed to making the site stink for everyone???

I appreciate your input. I have posted there and (so far) all I have is a sarcastic reference to the correct pleural of virus. The machine in question is rarely used but kept around when a PC is needed, I have switched to MAC which does not have this issue.

Perhaps, however as a paid customer that has never asked for help WHO DID NOT START OUT ANGRY some support is in order? You are aware the internet is a big place and word of mouth spreads??? I am very close to giving up and moving on, taking my acrid tone "out there" where it will harm your company. meanwhile I now have 19 posts & NO ONE HAS OFFERED ANYTHING APPROACHING SUPPORT!

The first 8scans run in under 15 minutes & find nothing. Heuristic finds thousands and runs for over 12 hours before the program crashes (happened 3x at least overthe last week) Machine is an old Dell D820 with Wint Ultimate, 4gb ram & a 1.6 core duo. I have had MWB on this machine for years issue free. This is the third thread I have been forced to create, I created a ticket which has been ignored for 62 hours. MWB is broken & needs to be fixed or gtfo my machine.

Do you see this? There were no threats until Heuristics ran. I have had your program for at least 4 years, running scans the whole time, until you added Heuristics all it that was ever found were browser minimal threats (1-2 per scan) which were quarantined & deleted no issue. You added this thing and now the scans do not complete (after 12+ hours) it is not infected, it is your broken program. I am nearing the end of my patience, offer a solution for your broken program or I'll remove it from my system and use something else (MS Security continues to find nothing) bt the way.

I did post logs & create a new thread AND create a ticket AND showed you YOUR program is WRONG & there is NO INFECTION yet you refuse help. YOUR "support" is a joke & I will let anyone that will listen know how shamefully I have been treated the first time I asked for help from you. Thanks for blaming nonexistant virii & blowing off my issue. Guess there is a reason I did not seek answers here years ago.

I turend heuristic off but it ran anyway, this was a few minutes into it. It finds nothing until that runs.
