Almost forgot... Make certain you rename the mbam.exe to something else like Ebam or whatever. Reboot into safe mode by pushing F8 continuously while booting up. Run the newly named Mbam.exe in safe mode. You will need to reboot to delete the infected memory but once you do that, the virus should be gone. Hope it helps!!!

I had the following virus on my machine: Win32.PrivacyCenter.110809 [Malware] virus also known as win32.spywareguard2008 This virus was making my IE go nuts and it drove me crazy while slowing my machine to a crawl!!!
