'Malicious website blocked' pop ups

I tried to download Farbar but get a message saying that current security settings are preventing the download. I turned off the Symantec firewall and tried again and got the same message. Any ideas what security setting is blocking the download? Thanks so much for your help! -
Keep getting "Malicious website blocked" pop ups. Domain: fff5ee.com (or blank) IP Address: 95.215.1.57 Port: (changes) Type: Outbound Process: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\dllhost.exe Ran Malwarebytes and Symantec and neither found anything. Please help!
