  1. Some time ago I purchased a lifetime subscription that allowed multiple computers - looking in my account there are/were 3 users attached to the account. I tried adding another only to be told that I had too many users attached to the account and I am now restricted to 1 user. Please advise
  2. I have the same problem (context menus set to 'on') version 3.2.2
  3. It's come back again! Oh, the joys of computing Can you whitelist the IP while I pressure NetDirect? Russell
  4. Thanks for your reply. I have the same problem with connection!!! - Russell
  5. This IP is blocked and I'd like to know why so I can request a new IP from my provider
  6. Can someone take a look at my info as requested? See topic: http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.p...mp;#entry150244
  7. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\SystemPartition = REG_SZ | \Device\HarddiskVolume2
  8. Can someone tell me how to overcome this issue? During installation I have this Error Code: 702(0, 453) See: http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=29087
  9. I have uninstalled and reinstalled MBAM 3 times; following your instructions to the letter. During installation I have this Error Code: 702(0,453) No, icon and no control
  10. Hi, I get this message on boot. "MBAM Service terminated unexpectedly: See Event Log for details" I've looked in the log folder but none exist. No icon in the icon tray. I tried starting manually and get error code 1073?(I think) "Service already running" Something is not running right and I'm unable to toggle the IP Protection
  11. Tracert = Destination host unreachable
  12. Whenever I boot zonealarm system tray icon immediately shows a drain on my traffic both in and out. I can fix it by closing the svchost C:\windows\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs process I can continue working, the only obvious effect is the loss of audio and wireless printing. I've done some research. Microsoft support page: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=314056 To view the list of services that are running in Svchost: Click Start on the Windows taskbar, and then click Run. In the Open box, type CMD, and then press ENTER. Type Tasklist /SVC, and then press ENTER. However when I enter this command I get " ERROR: The system cannot find the file specified"! tasklist.exe is in my system32 size: 77,824 I have run a number of virus checkers and I'm a registered MBAM user - nothing reports anything suspicious. I attach a HijakThisFile Any help greatly appreciated. TIA hijackthis04_10_2009.txt
  13. I have been accessing this site today from 8.00 > 11.30 GMT then suddenly no access. I have had to unload MBAM - I've had enough I want to return this product, it's too restrictive. Where do I apply for a refund?
