  1. My real-time web protection keeps disabling. I've noticed that this seems to happen when I launch Chrome and use it to visit Facebook. When I reboot Windows, real-time web protection is back enabled, but as soon as I launch Chrome and open a tab to Facebook, I get the notification that it's disabled again, and I can't turn it back on until the next time I reboot Windows. I surmise that something has infected my facebook profile with some kind of persistent javascript malware that is turning off web protection, but I don't detect anything. I have tried doing a Chrome reset, and this didn't help. I've also run scans with Malwarebytes, SpyBot Search & Destroy, and ccleaner, to no avail.
  2. I found the thread by searching the forums... Usually most forums will chastise you if you post a new thread for a topic that is already addressed elsewhere, and will close threads when discussion is closed. :-) Unfortunately, your suggestion doesn't help me. I do not have self-protection enabled. Should I start a new thread now? Or keep talking here?
  3. I am getting this notification about a new user, I am logged in as a user who is a member of Administrators, and when I click OK to "Install now?" it tells me: Please log in as an administrator to install the new version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. I've doublechecked and the account I'm using definitely is a member of Administrators.
