After getting an uneasy feeling on a website offering low prices on software, I ran Malwarebytes (even in safe mode) with the new download and it detected security.hijack, saying it could not remove it all and needed to reboot to complete removal. Both times it failed to reboot and I had to reboot manually, and it still did not remove it. Please help me determine if this is a false positive or a real threat. My system is Vista 64 Home Premium on a Toshiba A505 S6960.
