  1. Hello everyone. I know it's something that many of the Malwarebytes team may not be interested in but they should because it bears their company name. The problem is that I've been sending different MWFC files and Microsfot never unlocks it. I'm tired of sending files so I come to you as a company to solve this with Smart App Control from Microsoft. I am attaching screenshots of the SAC crashes. Well, thank you very much in advance. All the best.
  2. I didn't know, sorry. You may close the subject. Best regards.
  3. What I propose is to remove the option to activate with license key and leave only the activation by mail and password. And send the corresponding security code to the login email as it does in the Malwarebtes online account.
  4. Hi, instead of there being a box with the license key there should be just a window to log into the Malwarebytes account to be able to activate the product. Also that in the new version with this modification the product would have to be activated again using the email and password. This would save a lot of trouble. Well that is my suggestion.

  6. Hi, in the next post on the malwarebytes blog it says the following: https://blog.malwarebytes.com/101/how-tos/2018/11/advanced-tools-process-hacker/ Malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.com -Log Details- Scan Date: 25/04/2020 Scan Time: 21:23 Log File: 256381f6-8754-11ea-b058-d0509972eb0c.json -Software Information- Version: 4.1.0.56 Components Version: 1.0.875 Update Package Version: 1.0.22958 Licence: Free -System Information- OS: Windows 10 (Build 18362.815) CPU: x64 File System: NTFS User: DESKTOP-7BNQ3VM\0 -Scan Summary- Scan Type: Custom Scan Scan Initiated By: Manual Result: Completed Objects Scanned: 343604 Threats Detected: 1 Threats Quarantined: 0 Time Elapsed: 1 hr, 29 min, 43 sec -Scan Options- Memory: Enabled Startup: Enabled Filesystem: Enabled Archives: Enabled Rootkits: Enabled Heuristics: Enabled PUP: Detect PUM: Detect -Scan Details- Process: 0 (No malicious items detected) Module: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Key: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Value: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Data: 0 (No malicious items detected) Data Stream: 0 (No malicious items detected) Folder: 0 (No malicious items detected) File: 1 Generic.Malware/Suspicious, C:\PROGRAM FILES\PROCESS HACKER 2\X86\PROCESSHACKER.EXE, No Action By User, 0, 392686, 1.0.22958, , shuriken, Physical Sector: 0 (No malicious items detected) WMI: 0 (No malicious items detected) (end) So do I uninstall Process Hacker from my system because it represents a danger? Or does it pose no danger and is a false positive? I know it was used in the past to stop anti-virus software but I think the anti-virus companies will have already taken note of this and corrected that. Thank you very much in advance. Best regards.
  7. I've already detected what the problem is. In the custom scan the Rootkits option makes the use of the disk rise but also the temperature. Without the option to scan for Rootkits there is no intensive use of the disk. They should improve that. I will continue to test Malwarebytes and make observations. Thank you.
  8. The temperature of the disk is a symptom, the problem is the intensive use of the disk by Malwarebytes even configuring the analysis with low priority.
  9. Maybe it's a problem not Malwarebytes but the brand of WD disks, I currently have a ssd of that brand. I used to have a Kingston ssd and I don't remember the record reaching those temperatures.
  10. Thank you very much. If you need something more or some data about the system environment where I run Malwarebytes to be able to replicate this just tell me and I will gladly help you in whatever I can. I thank you again. Best regards.
  11. Thank you very much for your reply. I enclose the disc usage of some of your competitors. I think you can improve it, if you propose it. Best regards.
  12. Hello, when I run a scan with Malwarebytes the temperature of my disk goes from 32 degrees to 43 degrees. In spite of having configured the analysis so that it has less priority, it still raises the temperature of the disk. This does not happen with Eset Online Scanner for example. Could you solve it? Thank you. Best regards.
  13. Hello everyone! What does this final line of the Malwarebytes report mean? Thank you very much in advance. Regards.
  14. Heuristic analysis is enabled by default only it is not seen in the UI.
  15. Hi, I'm testing the latest beta. I'm sure this has been asked before, so I apologize if this question is repeated. In version 4 Beta does not show the heuristic analysis, yet there is the function even if it is not shown in the UI? Or did they remove that analysis? Thank you very much in advance. Best regards.
  16. Hi, I'm just advising on this incompatibility. I'm not going to do the job myself. That's why in the first post I say that I address the Staff of Malwarebytes (The people who work for the company). Doing what you ask is time and time is money. Regards and thanks.
  17. Hi, I don't know if you could check this before. But I turn to the Malwarebytes Staff to try the security combination in the title. That way they can replicate the problem and eventually solve it. The problem occurs when you want to uninstall Malwarebytes with the Comodo Cloud anti-virus enabled. Well that's it, I wanted to report this compatibility problem. Thank you very much. Best regards.
  18. It also occurs to me that you can have an analysis option on a cmd like EEK has but logically make it easier to use. 👍
  19. For me this is always the last option, although Windows has improved a lot and allows reinstalling the system while keeping the data.
  20. I'm sorry, but I forgot about this application that was developed by you some time ago. I apologize again for creating this theme. https://es.malwarebytes.com/chameleon/
  21. I've seen systems that were so full of crap that you couldn't run any program, not even the portables... I think this option should be taken into account. Thank you very much for your answer. Best regards.
