  1. I will be able to perform the wrap up by tomorrow evening and I will reply once final time to make sure everything worked out ok...thanks again for all the very useful help. Shanon
  2. Well I performed your last recommendation on November 10th and so far still no blockages by malwarebytes. On November 9th malwarebytes did some blocks, but this was before I did your recommended IE reset. I've included that log here so you can see. How would you like me to proceed now? Shanon mbamlog11-9-14.txt
  3. Just a quick follow up that I did the IE reset and so far things seem well so I'm hoping for the best. Won't have much time till Thursday to really use the computer to see if something pops up. I'll keep you posted.
  4. We I've had no more computer slow downs but the was a brief moment when I went back to IE that some IP blocks happened. Here is the log so you can see. But then nothing has happened since. MBAMblocklog.txt
  5. The browsers seems to have reset ok. And here are the logs. Have not noticed any more IP blocks. Noticed that most of the problems happened as I was using internet explorer. That is also when the dllhost files kept going crazy..firefox and chrome seemed to have no effect. ESETPoweliksCleaner.exe_20141105.223333.5836.log Fixlog.txt
  6. I honestly never use the printer profile it was created for friends and family who were visiting to be able to login and print/use the internet while they were visiting my house. I would have no problem deleting it. Here are the requested files. FRST.txt addition.txt
  7. Oh forgot to mention that it appears in task manager to cause a lot of dllhost.exe *32 to open that keep growing and growing till it chokes out all the physical memory.
  8. Thanks for the continued help. Here is the FRST scan results as well as the Sophos scan results. Sophos wanted to run again but until I consulted with you I didn't want to do it again. Also when I turned on the computer Norton finally popped up saying it was blocking and removing Trojan.Poweliks so I guess it finally updated its database to include this newer version. addition.txt FRST.txt SophosVirusRemovalTool.log
  9. Well I came back to my computer from doing yard work to see if you had replied to my last post and started downloading Sophos; then malwarebytes went crazy with blocks. Here is the log from MBAM...I am currently running updates for Sophos. The computer is running horribly slow now as well. mbamlog.txt
  10. Everything seems to be running great. I have noticed no other blockages since the last MBAM log I uploaded. Shanon
  11. Here is the updated FRST logs and the MBAM results from today. Addition.txt FRST.txt mbamlog.txt
  12. Yes I'm still very appreciative of the help...just been working a lot. I ran the farbar code last night and here is the attached file. So far I do not see any more IP blocks. I still will not be able to reset the router till tomorrow 10/31 my time. Shanon Fixlog.txt
  13. Hello, I did uninstall vuze and some other older programs that I no longer use. The Disney program I do recognize but no longer need it so I got rid of that as well. I ran the programs and here are the logs. As for the router I will have to wait a few days because my brother is using it remotely to access his pc here for work and I no not want to interfere with his work. Again thanks for the continued help. Shanon Result.txt RKreport_DEL_10262014_130711.log
