    Windows 7 & IE 11 also won't open on one computer but will open on another one. On the one that won't open all I have to do is "stop protection" and voila IE11 opens right up. Tried restore to last (and only) restore point, would not restore. Looking at the program list by installation date, I see MBAE at the top of the list: 11/15/2016 #1.9.1.1261
