  1. all you need are your ID and KEY numbers to reactivate the new install. If you don't have them readily available they are in the registry and the location is available from Malwarebytes.
  2. check to make sure the date and time is correct on your computer
  3. Dear Trusted Advisors, I have already indicated, in my original post, that I have performed the clean uninstall with clean.mbam and downloaded the latest program install and installed it. I got the same error. Then I downloaded the 2 progs that create the logs and attached the three log files, requested, to my post. Don't see much sense in going over the same road again. Up to you now.
  4. After Malwarebytes update I began getting the error code 6 msg. I followed directions posted by Malwarebytes to download the clean.exe prog and downloaded the new update. Ran the clean.exe per instructions and then rebooted and installed the new update. After activating the prog I ran a scan and got the error code 6 again. Since then I have downloaded recommended log creation progs and those files are attached. Please advise me as to what I need to do next. ThanksCheckResults.txtFRST.txtAddition.txt
